Udayoga refers to the Sanskrit terms "Udaya" and "Ud" which mean "sunrise" and "to rise, to blossom"

The practice of yoga will allow you to find an inner balance, to free yourself from what you no longer need to feel lighter, in harmony with yourself, to finally be able to shine

My path to Yoga and teaching

A period in my life that was quite psychologically complicated and chronic pain (repeated back pain, knee pain and tendonitis) led me onto the path of yoga.
With regular practice, my pain has completely disappeared and my mind has become more peaceful. Yoga has allowed me to feel lighter, both physically and mentally, and more connected to my body, my needs, my emotions.

Yoga has been and still is a tool that I use daily to take care of my body, my mind and my health.

 

 

Having observed all these positive changes on a daily basis, my greatest wish was to share these tools with those around me, then with you, so that you too can reach this state of well-being and feel in harmony with yourself and with what surrounds you.

 

In 2020, after several years of practice and passionate about this discipline, I trained in Hatha Yoga at the Satya Ashram School where I received authentic and traditional teaching.

Eternal student, I continue to learn and train to accompany you on the path to physical and mental well-being, thanks to the wonderful practices of yoga, yoga therapy, sound healing and traditional medicines.

 

Last summer, between two trips to India, I created a therapy for my mother combining everything I have learned and experienced in recent years in the field of yoga, natural medicine and full health.

The results were amazing! Now I want to share all these tools with you.

 

 

Kindness, harmony, joy of living, sharing and simplicity are my key words.

Great yoga class with Marine! She was able to create a particularly effective personalized class for me, responding to the demands of the moment. Despite the difficulties that an online class generates, she was able to correct me on my postures with the same rigor as in person.
