GOOD TO KNOW
To make the yoga practice enjoyable, breath properly and enjoy the benefits of the sessions, I advise you to practice on an empty stomach or at least 2h/3h after a meal. It is okay to practice 30 minutes / 1h after a very light snack/fruit.
I also advise you to avoid drinking too much water/beverage just before practice.
Wear comfortable clothing and take water with you to drink at the end of the class.
These tips are also applicable for sound healing.
I can provide you yoga equipment (mat, strap, yoga brick) if necessary.
