YOGA "JUG" in Sanskrit (sacred Indian language) means "To unite" , "To connect"
The practice of yoga unifies, harmonizes all aspects of our being (physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual). Through this discipline, we feel perfectly aligned with ourselves but also with what surrounds us, our environment, Nature, the Universe.
More than a physical practice, yoga is an art of living, a philosophy.
